With more than 35 years of RICS property experience, Ian Davidson is an independent Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer providing practical property advice to clients in the UAE, the UK and internationally.
Ian has built his career around helping property owners, investors, landlords and tenants understand the real position of their property and, importantly, what they can do about it.
His established UK practice has worked with more than 2,500 clients and delivered over 1,000 surveys and valuations, covering property with a combined value of more than £1 billion. His experience spans valuation, condition and building surveys, property defects, refurbishment, development and wider property advice.
That experience now extends to the UAE.
